Three weeks biking through Europe

16 May to 5 June 2010, adding 7500 km on the bike

Instead of lots of boring text I let the images and video footage from my helmet camera speak for themselves. I may add that during those three weeks I had a single rainy afternoon and two days where the temperature was above 25 Celsius - otherwise it was all sunshine and biker-friendly 12 to 22 degrees.

After countless crossings of the English Channel during the past 30 years, today for the first time I come across a ferry operator that has proper equipment to secure motorbikes. This is the "Berlioz" ferry (build in 2005) operated by SeaFrance:
